Our fitness class is your first step to taking care of your body. Come and kick start your day with an hour of activities, exercises and games to help you stay in good condition.
No matter what your starting fitness level is, we can tailor the exercises to your ability, with the intention of gradually building up the intensity as you improve.
We are not a gym, so no mirrors here.
With mirrors everywhere and gym bunnies lifting 10 times the amount of weights you do, we understand that going to the gym can be an intimidating experience for some. Here at Blenheim Indoor Sports we have no mirrors and we don't have scary weight machines.
Our program is about using your own body weight as a way to improve your strength and condition. No matter what condition you are currently in, there is no need to be shy. Blenheim Indoor sports is a friendly and comfortable environment to work out in.
Got children?...No problem
At Blenheim Indoor Sports, having children is no longer an excuse for not exercising. We run our Kick N Catch program simultaneously with our circuit class, so while you are working out, we will teach your child the basics of sport in a safe and enclosed space.
Exercise two times per week
Both Fitness class and Kick N Catch are held on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:30am - 10:30am.
As we said, we are not a gym! So no joining fees, no regular membership fees and no need to book. Simply turn up on the day and pay as you go.
